With the new updates its seems Niantic has implemented a way of blocking the servers of any and all tracking websites such as PokeVision and apps such as Pokewhere.
Now with no way to track pokemon in game and no third party service to assist, some expect this to cause a significant decrease in daily use by its loyal user base.
