Reddit user LunarRush had the great idea to create a map we can use to collaborate known PokeStops and Gyms.
To add your own points, select either the "PokeStop" (selected in the image below) or "Gym" layer on the left-hand side:
Then select the marker icon:
Make your mark on the map at your location, and label the spot accordingly. If you don't have a description for the PokeStop or Gym, affix an "*" to the end and it will be categorised with the unlabeled stops, visible in an image above.
So far there are well over a thousand points mapped out, hopefully many more still to be added!
