In reference to The Battle Eevee Brothers from the anime who were named Rainer, Pyro, Sparky and they owned a Vaporeon, Flareon and Jolteon. Apparently you can name your eevee one of these three names to determine which one you get.
Sparky = Jolteon
Rainer = Vaporeon
Pyro = Flareon
Whilst i haven't personally confirmed it, reddit and facebook are both lighting up with lots of confirmation posts.
